Monique Peña, a Certified Trainer, native to the Dominican Republic, the Land of Merengue, has mixed two of her greatest passions to create JALEO: dancing & exercising! She is hoping that JALEO will help her accomplish her Mission for life: To raise awareness about the importance of exercising in order to live a healthier and happier life!Monique dedicates JALEO to her mother, Ramona Silvestre, who always used to say "La Belleza Entra Por La Boca," which means that we are what we eat, with no doubt, she was right!
